Invertor: H1-3.0_E-G2-WL
Battery: EP5
Our system was installed about 10 days ago, the battery did not charge from the beginning in SelfUse mode. Force charge works fine but the energy quickly is drained/exported to somewhere with 3.5kw/h till SoC min 10%. Last few days it was very sunny, the app indicated that all solar generated energy was going for Household use. For example, PV -1.6KW +Grid 360w = 1.960w to household and nothing goes to battery storage. However, our household at the same moment uses only 180 watts. We think that there may be an error in inverter settings. The installer has reported this to FOX to initiate a system diagnosis. So far, no changes. We hope you can help us understand the problem.
P.S. Where did the stored energy disappear? Twice used force charge for testing before afternoon but from 4 to 5 PM the stored energy rapidly disappeared somewhere before our eyes even though we were not doing anything at home (180watts). We assumed it got exported to grid. How can we stop this from happening again. We have not agreements about exporting energy.
Attached are few photos, screenshots:
1. Real use in house right this moment -+178watts but not exactly 1.59kw
2. Inverter Screen
3. Smart Meter Display

On your FoxCloud2.0 App, you can click on "Daily production" and it will show a power graph for the day.
Can you get a screenshot for yesterday and today please?
